Booking Confirmation

• To secure your date and confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required. Please note that dates remain open and available until the advance is received.

Payment Structure

• We ask for a 50% advance upon booking, with the remaining 50% balance kindly cleared before the event setup begins. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for your guests, full payment must be completed prior to the start of our service.

Delay in Payment

• We greatly appreciate prompt settlements! Final payments delayed beyond the event date will incur a late fee of ₹1,000 per day. Please note that the primary client booking the event remains responsible for the final invoice, even if payments are being routed through a third party.

Cancellation Policy

• We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel earlier than 15 days prior to the event, we will gladly try to adjust your advance to a future date, subject to availability. However, please note that any advance amount used to purchase materials for your event is strictly non-refundable. Unfortunately, advances for events canceled within 15 days of the scheduled date are completely non-refundable.

Damage / Loss of Equipment

• We kindly ask that guests respect the bar setup and professional tools. In the rare event of damage to the equipment, the client will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.

Accommodation (Outside Nashik)

• For events located outside of Nashik, we request that suitable accommodation be provided for our team so they are rested and ready to deliver excellent service. Alternatively, if you prefer not to manage this, we can arrange our own hotel stay and add the charges to the final invoice.

Legal Action Clause

• We always strive for a positive and mutually respectful relationship with our clients. However, in the unlikely event of unresolved non-payment, Mixtail Bar Services reserves the right to pursue formal legal avenues to recover the outstanding balance and associated expenses.

• By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, allowing us to move forward with creating a fantastic event together!
